NAVIGAIR ouvre l’année 2007 avec le rachat de RIVIERA MARINE DIESEL


Créée en 1965 et spécialisée dans la maintenance des moteurs marins, la société NAVIGAIR enrichit son offre en ce domaine avec l’acquisition début 2007 de l’établissement de MONACO MARINE FRANCE spécialisé en mécanique : Riviera Marine Diesel.

Importateur des groupes électrogènes Northern Lights pour la France et concessionnaire des marques de moteur MTU, Detroit Diesel et Caterpillar, NAVIGAIR couvre l’ensemble des prestations liées à la production d’énergie à bord des yachts.

Monaco Marine France inscrit cette cession dans le projet de concentration de ses activités autour de son métier de base : la réparation et la maintenance des yachts au sein des chantiers navals.

Pour NAVIGAIR, cette acquisition s’inscrit dans un projet de développement visant à accélérer le déploiement de son offre de services sur le marché de l’après-vente des moteurs marins pour yachts, leaders sur le marché.

La société double ainsi ses capacités d’intervention à partir de ses trois sites d’exploitation sur la région PACA : Antibes, Cannes et La Ciotat.

NAVIGAIR opens 2007 with the acquisition of RIVIERA MARINE DIESEL


Founded in 1965 and specialized in the maintenance of marine engines, NAVIGAIR enriches its offer in this field with the acquisition in early 2007 of the MONACO MARINE FRANCE branch specialized in mecanics : Riviera Marine Diesel.

Distributor of Northern Lights marine generators for France dealer of marine engines brands MTU, Detroit Diesel and Caterpillar, NAVIGAIR covers the whole of the services related to the energy production aboard yachts.

Monaco Marine France confirm this transfer in the project of concentration of its activities around its basic trade: the repair and the maintenance of the yachts within the shipyards.

For NAVIGAIR, this acquisition falls under a project of development aiming at accelerating the deployment of its offer of services on the market of after-sales of marine engines for yachts, leaders on the market.

The company thus doubles its capacities of intervention starting from its three sites of exploitation on area PACA: Antibes, Cannes and Ciotat.
